About this product
Pressing the lipids out concentrates the protein and produces a consistent meal that behaves predictably in an extruder and in a least-cost model.
It is a genuine novel protein — most companion animals have no prior dietary exposure to insect protein, which makes it well suited to limited-ingredient and elimination diets. Its amino acid profile also supports partial replacement of marine fishmeal in salmonid and shrimp compound feed.
